675 Mix maida, khoya, cardamom powder in a bowl and knead to a dough. Take a small portion of the dough mix with almond, pista, cardamom powder, sugar and set aside for filling. Take a small portion of the dough, flatten add filling and roll into a ball. Heat ghee in a frying pan. Add the balls, fry till golden brown on a low flame and set aside. Mix sugar with 1 1/2 cups of water in a large vessel and boil till it reaches one string consistency. Remove the vessel from stove and add saffron. Soak the fried balls in syrup and serve.
