Uttrayan Specialities




Undhiyu:

Undhiyun is made from ingredients like paapadi, ravaiya (small brinjals), banana, purple yam "kand/rataru", sweet potato and muthias. It is cooked using herbs and spices including fresh grated coconut,ginger,finely chopped green garlic.

Jalebi:

Prepared from pure ghee, jalebi tastes best with undhiyu and is an authentic variety of Gwalia relished on Uttrayan.

Ghewar:

Specially prepared for the festival of Uttrayan, Ghewar is a traditional dessert of Uttar Pradesh. The taste and delicacy of Ghewar is well maintained and served in truely traditional way.

Chiki, Til Ke Ladoo, Farsan:

We also offer wide varieties of chikis, til ke lodoo, farsan, rewdi, fini, lilwa kachori etc which work as excellent apetizers while flying kites on the terraces.
